Airport travelers appreciate the convenience of A-1 Limousine and Sedan Service. You can forget about parking problems when you are going to the airport and when you return, we’ll greet you with a sign, assist you with your luggage, and transport you in comfort to your home or office. An A-1 Limousine and Sedan's Executive Sedan Town Car or Black Car is the perfect way to greet an important guest or client. We provide transportation to and from the Washington DC area and Reagan National (DCA), Dulles International (IAD) and Baltimore Washington Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). We also serve you at Train (Union Station), bus terminal (Grayhound) and Baltimore port.

Airport and Union Station Flat rates do not apply for trips with multiple stops. 

A $10.00 meet and greet fee will be added for all service from the airports. This charge includes up to 30 minutes of waiting time, parking fees and meeting passengers at baggage claim. Additional waiting time will be billed at $12.50 per each fifteen minutes or fraction thereof.

A $10 surcharge will apply for all service commencing between 12:01am and 5am.

A 20% GRATUITY WILL BE ADDED TO ALL CHARGES

Tolls and parking during service may be additional.

Cancellation Policy: There will be no charge for reservations cancelled prior to three hour before the scheduled service. For cancellations or rescheduling, or if you have difficulty locating your A-1 Limousine and Sedan Service driver, please call 703-945-1840 or our toll free number (1-888-576-1495) to avoid a cancellation charge. Late cancellations and/or cancellations without prior notification to A-1 Limousine and Sedan Service will be charged a full fare.

THESE RATES ARE EFFECTIVE AS OF 09/12/2011.  A-1 Limousine and Sedan Service RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE RATES.  RATES FOR CERTAIN EVENTS AND HOLIDAYS MAY BE HIGHER.

Airport Pickup Procedure: A-1 Limo Service MUST complies with the regulations of local airport and traffic authorities. In accordance with these regulations and for your convenience, we have established the following pick up procedures:

BWI & Dulles Airport.

Our driver will meet you inside the baggage claim area with your name sign. If you do not see your driver at the designated baggage area or meeting place, call our toll free number 1-888-576-1495 so our dispatchers can locate your driver and tell him where you are standing.

National Airport

Our driver will meet you on the lower level at the out side lower level curbside lane with a name sign on passenger side window. You Must call us Before coming out of terminal, at 1-888-576-1495. Please use the exit at the baggage claim area for your arriving flight.

International Travelers

Our driver will meet you outside Customs with a name sign. If you do not see your driver at the designated baggage area or meeting place, call our toll free number 1-888-576-1495 so our dispatchers can locate your driver and tell him where you are standing.

Union Station

Our driver will meet you at the middle curbside lane with a name sign on passenger window. You must call us before coming out of terminal, at 1-888-576-1495.

Please call our toll free number 1-888-576-1495 if your travel plans change or if you miss your flight so that our 24-hour operators can modify your reservation.
